Tanggung Jawab :
  • Merancang lesson plan yang sejalan dengan filosofi pendidikan sekolah dan kurikulum berbasis keterampilan (project & skill-based learning) yang menekankan pada proses ilmiah, bukan sekadar konten.
  • Melakukan evaluasi dan asesmen hasil belajar siswa secara formatif dan sumatif, serta memberikan umpan balik yang membangun untuk membantu perkembangan mereka.
  • Mengajar dengan Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan guru lintas bidang untuk menciptakan pembelajaran interdisipliner yang relevan dan menarik.
Profil Guru :
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Sains atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman mengajar di tingkat sekolah dasar menjadi nilai tambah (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar).
  • Menguasai Bahasa Inggris dengan baik, lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan storytelling, berpikir ilmiah, dan menginspirasi siswa dalam belajar.
  • Familiar dengan IB Curriculum menjadi nilai plus.
  • Berjiwa kolaboratif, terbuka, dan berkomitmen untuk terus berkembang bersama tim pengajar.
