ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

If you are a driven, hardworking and results-oriented individuals, our Operations Global Graduate Programme will let you maximize your potential. It is 18 months fast-track to managerial position with unprecedented international exposure that is geared specifically for high-potential individuals, helping you to develop outstanding skills, full understanding of the dynamic of the market that you are operating in, and how to work together within business functions to achieve outstanding business results.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Graduated with a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) and GPA minimum 3.30 out of 4.00
  • Professionals with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
  • Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Globally Mobile
