About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Marketing professional to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel in Central Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth for our premier hotel resort. As a key member of our sales and marketing function, you will play a critical role in contributing to the overall success and expansion of our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Generating new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
  3. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns to promote our hotel offerings
  4. Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
  5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing plans
  6. Tracking and analysing sales performance data to identify trends and inform future strategies
  7. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients
