What you'll be doing

  • Sourcing and negotiating with local and international suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing, delivery and quality terms
  • Preparing purchase requisitions, purchase orders and other procurement documentation
  • Responsible for the procurement of low-value consumables, packaging materials, chemical reagents, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchase transactions and supplier performance
  • Assist in coordinating with the Planning, Warehouse, and Quality Departments to handle delivery and receiving exceptions.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Good understanding of logistics, inventory management and purchasing best practices
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
