Admin OMS

The Admin Packing, Shipping & Delivery role is responsible for ensuring all marketplace orders (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.) are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. This includes preparing and packing products according to order details, conducting quality checks, printing and attaching shipping labels, arranging courier pickups or drop-offs, and ensuring timely and compliant dispatch based on marketplace requirements.
  Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ordered products based on marketplace system data (TikTok Shop, Shopee)
• Verify stock accuracy and ensure products match the order details (SKU, size, variation)
• Conduct quality checks before packaging to ensure products are clean, complete, and non-defective
• Pack items according to company packaging standards (bubble wrap, boxes, etc)
• Attach shipping labels/waybills accurately to each package
• Drop package and schedule courier drop-off shipments to courier hubs
• Ensure all orders are shipped according to the daily cutoff time and marketplace SLA
• Track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery
• Report or update system when items are out of stock, incorrect, or damaged
• Monitor real-time delivery progress and resolve stuck, delayed, or failed shipments
• Follow up lost, damaged, or returned parcels with courier and internal teams
• Handle customer return requests and verify returned product condition (inspection for defects, missing parts, repack ability).
• Update system statuses and report return analysis to operations or inventory teams

• Familiar with logistics features within marketplace dashboards
• Strong communication with couriers/logistic partners
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors
• Able to join ASAP
