- Oversee and supervise daily operations and sales performance across assigned F&B outlets or areas.
- Ensure each outlet consistently meets sales targets, operational standards, and service quality guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze outlet sales performance, customer traffic, and product mix to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and kitchen/production teams to ensure smooth order flow and product availability.
- Implement company sales programs, promotions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively across all outlets.
- Identify operational or sales-related issues at outlet level and take immediate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness regulations.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to outlet staff and supervisors to improve productivity and service quality.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including sales analysis and operational insights, to management.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations, retail operations, or a supervisory role (Area Supervisor / Store Supervisor / Outlet Supervisor).
- Strong understanding of F&B operational standards, service excellence, and basic food safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and teams across different locations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and operational metrics.
- Good leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
