Responsibilities :

  • Lead concept development and execute designs for product packaging, branding, advertising, social media, and other visual materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Ensure all design outputs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Revise design work based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Research market trends, competitor visuals, and consumer preferences to enhance creativity and innovation.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with proper prioritization.
  • Prepare production-ready files (print and digital) with accurate technical specifications.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication (Diploma with strong portfolio accepted).
  • Min. 3 years experience in packaging, branding, and marketing design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; basic motion/video skills are a plus.
  • Familiar with Figma/Canva and understanding of print & digital production.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, good communication, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Maintain organized file management and version control for all design assets.
  • Approve final artwork for internal use and recommend design tools or visual assets as needed.
