Kami mencari Scrum Master yang mampu menjaga ritme kerja tim, memastikan kolaborasi berjalan mulus, dan mendorong product delivery tetap efisien serta tepat waktu.

Sebagai Scrum Master, kamu akan bekerja erat dengan tim engineering dan product untuk memfasilitasi proses agile yang efektif, mengidentifikasi hambatan, serta membantu tim mencapai target sprint dengan lebih optimal.

Qualifications
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai SCRUM Master
  • Pemahaman kuat tentang Scrum, Agile framework, dan praktik delivery modern.
  • Mampu memfasilitasi daily standup, sprint planning, retrospective, dan grooming.
  • Komunikasi jelas, mampu menangani konflik, dan menjaga fokus tim.
  • Terorganisir, proaktif, dan nyaman bekerja di lingkungan cepat berubah.

  • Plus Point:

  • Sertifikasi Scrum (CSM/PSM).

  • Pengalaman bekerja dengan tim tech atau startup.
Key Responsibilities
  • Memfasilitasi seluruh ritual Agile dan menjaga standar proses.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan menghilangkan blockers yang menghambat tim.
  • Mendukung Product Owner dalam manajemen backlog.
  • Memonitor dan meningkatkan velocity serta kualitas delivery tim.
  • Menjaga komunikasi lintas tim tetap transparan dan efisien.
