, you will drive product innovation and optimization within the Universal Switching Power House pillar by conducting portfolio research, analyzing market and customer insights, and identifying technological opportunities. Your mission is to ensure Jalin's products remain competitive, reliable, and aligned with business goals—through effective product performance monitoring, integration with partner technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the quality, efficiency, and value of Jalin's payment solutions across the national payment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive product portfolio research and technology mapping to support innovation and strengthen Jalin's Universal Switching Power House pillar.
  2. Analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage insights to identify product gaps and provide strategic input for pricing and market penetration.
  3. Monitor product performance, ensure system reliability, and coordinate technology upgrades or improvements to maintain service excellence.
  4. Translate business and user needs into clear product or change requests, coordinating testing and quality assurance to deliver user-friendly and reliable features.
  5. Support system integration by implementing approved protocols and collaborating with technical teams to ensure efficient and maintainable connectivity.
  6. Prepare regular product performance reports and recommend continuous improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency, and alignment with Jalin's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology-related roles — preferably in the financial technology or payment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital payment systems, switching technology, or financial infrastructure is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptive to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and documentation management.
