Role Overview

We are seeking a
Finance & Accounting Specialist who is fluent in Korean
to support our finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role will serve as a key liaison between our Korean and local teams, handling financial documentation, reconciliation, and communication to ensure compliance with company and local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial records, reports, and statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Manage general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking stakeholders, including HQ, auditors, and vendors.
  • Translate and interpret financial documents or reports from Korean to English/Indonesian and vice versa.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support audits, financial analysis, and reporting needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Fluency in Korean (both written and verbal)
    is required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
