Job Descriptions:

  • Provide hands-on technical support for our commercial vehicles at dealer sites and customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions to keep our vehicles running smoothly.
  • Design and conduct interactive training sessions for dealer networks and internal teams.
  • Create engaging training materials, user guides, and technical documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies and share insights with your team.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and customer service teams to address technical challenges.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve our support services.
  • Embrace travel opportunities to support our network across various regions in Indonesia.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years in technical support or training roles, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities in Indonesian and English.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments and open to travel.
  • A keen interest in automotive technology and continuous learning.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
