Key Responsibilities
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, employee claims, reimbursement requests, and payment documentation.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, petty cash reports, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support monthly closing processes, including journal entries and financial summaries.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents for audit readiness and compliance.
  • Assist in tax preparation and submission based on relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Operations, Procurement) for financial data accuracy.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
