Panel & Product Insight Specialist

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Consumer Research, Statistics, Food/Cosmetic Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Sensory Research, or Market Research (preferably in Cosmetics, Skincare, or FMCG industry)
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data
  • Solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Passionate about cosmetic/skincare products and market trends
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable conducting field research

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Consumer Panels:
    Plan and execute product usage tests and sensory panels, including logistics, scheduling, and participant recruitment
  • Ensure Data Quality:
    Oversee data collection from panels to ensure accuracy and reliability in both qualitative and quantitative results
  • Market Observation:
    Conduct field market visits to observe shopper behavior, competitor activities, and emerging trends
  • Competitive Benchmarking:
    Gather and compare product data against key competitors to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Insight Analysis:
    Analyze raw research data to uncover consumer pain points and product preferences
  • Insight Communication:
    Translate findings into actionable recommendations for Product Development teams and present reports to stakeholders
