Job Description:

  • Gain a deep understanding of client companies, including their industry, operations, work culture, and environment.

  • Advertise job openings by creating and placing ads across various media, including social platforms, to attract candidates and build relationships.

  • Conduct headhunting to identify and approach potential candidates who may be open to new opportunities or already employed.

  • Utilize candidate databases to match suitable individuals with client vacancies.

  • Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests, and compile a shortlist of candidates for clients.

  • Request references and assess the suitability of applicants before presenting their details to clients.

  • Provide candidates with information about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.

  • Prepare CVs and correspondence to send to clients regarding qualified candidates.

  • Arrange interviews for candidates as requested by clients.

  • Notify candidates of interview outcomes.

  • Negotiate salary and compensation packages and finalize agreements between clients and candidates.

  • Offer guidance to both clients and candidates on salary rates, training, and career development.

  • Work towards and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client value, or business leads generated.

  • Review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or higher degree in any field is required.

  • Must have 1-2 years proven experience as a recruiter in Outsourcing or IT Consultant Industry.

  • Strong communication skills are essential.

  • Proficiency in English is a plus.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete projects within deadlines while focusing on achieving targets.

  • Practical experience with selection processes, including phone interviews and reference checks.

  • Capability to conduct interviews, screen candidates effectively, and present them to clients.

  • Familiarity with social media, particularly LinkedIn.

  • Willingness to work in the Kelapa Gading area.
