About the role

PT. BERANI MERINTIS SEJAHTERA', a leading provider logistics services in Jakarta, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operational Staff to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics services.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring products are stored in accordance with best practices
  • Coordinating with transportation and logistics teams to facilitate the timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues to minimise disruptions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting in the implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Providing support and guidance to junior team members as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role within the warehousing, storage, or distribution industry
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and other relevant technologies
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and inventory
  • A valid driver's licence and experience in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) would be an advantage
