About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Legal Intern to join our dynamic team at Prakoso and Co Law Firm. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law, contributing to the success of our growing practice. This full-time position is based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and legal instruments
  • Providing support on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to our clients' businesses
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support the firm's advisory services
  • Contributing to the development of legal resources, templates and training materials
  • Collaborating with senior lawyers to deliver exceptional legal services to our clients

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a law degree or recently graduated
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A keen interest in corporate and commercial law
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to professional development
