Manual QA

We are seeking a
dedicated QA Manual Tester
to join our team and ensure high-quality delivery of software solutions in the insurance domain.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual Testing
  , with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Industry experience:
  Preferably from Insurance; candidates from Banking, Financial services, or other related sectors will also be considered.
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Language skills:
  Fluent in English, able to communicate both verbally and technically with stakeholders.
• Career stability:
  Demonstrates a stable career history and exhibits professional behavior, teamwork, and accountability.
• Attention to detail:
  Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying issues and ensuring quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform
  manual functional and regression testing
  of core insurance applications to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders
  on projects, change requests (CRs), and production defects, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Ensure all
  test cases, results, and documentation
  comply with specifications, BRS, and functional/technical requirements.
• Identify risks or issues
  during testing and communicate effectively with the QA Manager to mitigate potential problems.
• Contribute to
  continuous improvement
  of QA processes and support automation testing initiatives where applicable.
