What You'll Do

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with insights
  • Drive month-end and year-end closing
  • Oversee AP/AR, cashflow, and general ledger operations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in China (Mandarin is not required)

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA a plus)
  • 2+ years of finance or accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    are required
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally
