Summary

As a Finance & Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing operational reimbursements and transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. This role also involves supporting month-end and year-end processes and addressing financial inquiries from stakeholders.

Mid level, permanent position

On site placement at Gading Serpong, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and employee expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash, cash flow, and company operational expenses.
  • Prepare and summarize tax-related data, including Value-Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT 23/26), and WHT 4(2), for review and submission.
  • Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements.
  • Manage purchasing activities for office supplies and other operational needs
  • Organize and maintain accurate documentation and filing systems to ensure audit readiness and ease of retrieval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Min 2 year of working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
