Aterra Estate
is a boutique real estate investment firm based in Bali, working with international investors acquiring high-yield property assets across Southeast Asia.
We're expanding our outbound and inbound sales engine and are looking for a
sharp, disciplined Appointment Setter
to be the first point of contact for high-value investor leads.
This is not a call-center role.
You'll be speaking with entrepreneurs, finance professionals, and global investors.
What You'll Do
- Qualify inbound leads from ads, WhatsApp, and email
- Engage cold & warm prospects via DM, WhatsApp, and calls
- Ask smart qualification questions (budget, timeline, intent)
- Book qualified calls for our senior advisors
- Maintain clean CRM notes and follow-up sequences
- Represent Aterra with clarity, professionalism, and confidence
Who This Is For
- You have
2+ years experience
as an appointment setter or SDR - You're comfortable speaking with
high-net-worth individuals - You write and speak
clear, confident English - You understand sales psychology, not just scripts
- You follow up relentlessly and don't need babysitting
- You're outcome-driven and want to grow into a closer role
Bonus (Not Required, But Strong Plus)
- Experience in real estate, investments, or luxury services
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar CRMs
- Experience qualifying international leads
Compensation
- Base + performance-based commission per booked & qualified call
- Clear KPIs and room to scale earnings
