    (jurusan hospitality/teknik lingkungan) atau yang berpengalaman
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai kepala sanitarian/ steward atau senior steward di dapur produksi komersial (pabrik makanan, central kitchen industri, hotel, restoran, katering industri).
  • Memahami prinsip dasar 
    food safety
     dan 
    hygiene sanitasi
    , termasuk HACCP dan GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
  • Menguasai prosedur pembersihan dan sanitasi peralatan dapur, peralatan makan, area kitchen, dan cold storage.
  • Mampu membuat jadwal kerja, membagi tugas harian, dan mengawasi performa tim steward.
  • Teliti, disiplin, dan memiliki kepemimpinan yang baik.
  • Terbiasa dengan inspeksi area kebersihan berkala dan pengawasan penerapan protokol hygiene.
  • Memahami jenis chemical pembersih sesuai standar food safety dan hygiene sanitasi.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi food safety atau hygiene sanitation menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis.
