Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Shisha Master / Hookah Specialist (preferably in a lounge, bar, or restaurant).
• Strong knowledge of flavor mixing, heat management, and packing techniques.
• Skilled in operating various types of shisha (traditional, modern, fruit head).
• Understanding of hygiene, cleanliness standards, and charcoal safety procedures.
• Able to work efficiently during busy or high-volume periods.
• Communicative, friendly, and able to recommend flavors to guests.
• Professional attitude and well-groomed appearance.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and nights.
• A team player with strong responsibility and work ethic.
• Can join immediately.

• Prepare and serve shisha with consistent, high-quality standards.
• Perform flavor mixing, heat management, and ensure stable taste and smoke quality.
• Heat and handle charcoal safely following proper procedures.
• Conduct routine table checks (charcoal rotation, airflow check, bowl refresh).
• Clean all shisha equipment after use, including hookah base, hose, bowl, and valve.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
• Manage inventory of charcoal, tobacco, foil, heads, and other supplies.
• Report stock needs to the supervisor/manager before running out.
• Create and develop signature shisha blends to enhance guest experience.
• Provide flavor recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with waiters, bartenders, and the operations team to deliver smooth service.
