Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team in the medical aesthetic industry. This role is responsible for producing engaging, informative, and visually appealing content across multiple platforms to support our brand awareness, education, and lead generation goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, skincare, and medical aesthetics, with a strong understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and campaign timelines
  • Create high-quality content for social media, website, email marketing, and digital ads (images, videos, captions, reels, infographics)
  • Collaborate with doctors, product specialists, and marketing team to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and medical guidelines
  • Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Write clear and engaging copy for captions, blog posts, and promotional materials
  • Capture photos and videos during clinic activities, events, treatments, or testimonials when needed
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to propose fresh, innovative content ideas
  • Monitor performance of published content and suggest improvements using analytics
  • Ensure all content reflects the company's tone of voice and aesthetic standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry
  • Strong portfolio of creative work (visuals, reels, short videos, writing samples)
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic video/photo editing skills
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and tone suitable for the medical beauty market
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
  • Experience working with influencers or KOLs
  • Comfort with being on camera or directing others
  • Knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments is a plus
