Kualifikasi Persyaratan :

  1. Lulus pendidikan minimal Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan atau sederajat, khususnya dari Jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik Gedung atau Elektronika.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Electrical & Electronics Technician di Commercial Building (gedung pusat perbelanjaan).
  3. Menangani pekerjaan electrical & electronics seperti lighting, fire alarm, sound system, CCTV, dan telephone.
  4. Memahami dasar-dasar keselamatan kerja (K3) dan mampu bekerja dengan disiplin serta tanggung jawab tinggi.
  5. Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift dan memiliki kemampuan bekerja sama dalam tim.
  6. Bersedia ditugaskan di kawasan Senen, Jakarta Pusat.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

  1. Berkoordinasi dengan tim lain, seperti tim Civil, Fit Out, dan kontraktor selama pemasangan instalasi pekerjaan electrical & electronics sesuai dengan gambar teknik dan standar keselamatan.
  2. Melakukan pemeriksaan, pemeliharaan, dan perbaikan berkala terhadap sistem electrical & electronics dan peralatan pendukung lainnya untuk mencegah potensi bahaya dan menjaga peralatan tetap berfungsi optimal.
  3. Melakukan perbaikan darurat ketika terjadi gangguan sesuai prosedur dan memastikan semua pekerjaan electrical & electronics sesuai dengan standar.
  4. Memantau penggunaan energi gedung secara rutin untuk keperluan efisiensi dan membuat laporan penggunaan listrik.
  5. Mendukung tata kelola dokumen yang baik dan lengkap di pekerjaan electrical & electronics untuk keperluan arsip resmi.
  6. Memantau stok suku cadang dan berkoordinasi dengan tim warehouse and procurement jika persediaan berkurang atau kosong.
  7. Melaporkan hasil pekerjaan secara rutin kepada atasan, yaitu Technician Leader atau Electrical Engineering Supervisor secara berkala.
