Job Qualifications :

  • S-1 Civil Engineering  (Is a must)
  • Prior 2 years experience in insurance claims handling is a plus
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Computer & English literates
  • Analytical Skills: Adjusters must look at damages in claims and determine whether the company should pay that claim or not. They look at many different facets of information to determine this and need good analysis skills
  • Communication: Adjusters will talk with claimant, interview witnesses, speak with police officers field experts, in addition, they will have to write clear report for others to determine damages
  • Interpersonal Skills: Working with people shaken by an accident, or upset with the outcome of a claim requires tact and compassion
  • Math Skills:Calculating the damage caused by an accident will require basic math skills
  • Language: Fluent in English (Written and oral)
  • Willing to travel all around Indonesia
  • Good attitude, team worker and fast learner
  • Having knowledge about General Insurance is an advantage

Job Descriptions :

  • Investigate and Assess Claims:

  • Conduct thorough on-site inspections of damaged property (homes, businesses, vehicles, etc.)

  • Interview claimants and witnesses to gather information about the incident
  • Review insurance policies and relevant documentation

  • Determine the cause and extent of the loss

  • Estimate Costs:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for repairs or replacements

  • May involve working with contractors, appraisers, and other experts

  • Evaluate the value of lost or damaged items

  • Negotiate Settlements:

Negotiate fair and reasonable settlements with claimants

  • Prepare Reports:

  • Document all findings and conclusions in detailed reports

  • Provide recommendations to the insurance company regarding claim settlement

  • Liaison with Stakeholders:

Communicate effectively with claimants, insurance adjusters, brokers, lawyers, and other relevant parties
