Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Risk Compliance Manager. The Risk Compliance Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, analyzing financial activities, implementing information security protocols, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external regulators to maintain a high standard of risk management and operational integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Risk, Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance frameworks
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of financial activities
  • Knowledge of Finance and its applications in a cryptocurrency or digital asset context
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to stay updated with regulatory changes and adapt compliance strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years+ Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services sector is a strong advantage
