  • Pengalaman sebagai DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer.
  • Mahir Kubernetes di environment produksi baik di VM, server fisik atau cloud plattform
  • Strong knowledge: Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, routing, load balancing).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform mandatory).
  • CI/CD pipeline advanced.
  • Strong scripting (Python, Bash, Go lebih disukai).
  • Monitoring stack modern dan observability.
  • Security engineering mindset.

Soft Skills

  • Problem solving tingkat tinggi dan troubleshooting kompleks.
  • Kepemimpinan teknis dan kemampuan mentoring.
  • Decision-making kuat terkait arsitektur produksi.
  • Komunikasi jelas dan efektif dengan non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ownership penuh terhadap reliability dan kualitas infrastruktur.

Preferensi Tambahan (Nice-to-Have)

  • Pengalaman dengan GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
  • Pengalaman dengan service mesh (Istio/Linkerd).
  • Pengalaman dengan distributed systems dan event-driven architecture.
  • Pengalaman dengan FinOps atau biaya optimasi cloud.
  • Familiarity dengan Zero-Trust security & advanced IAM policies.
