  5. Plan and execute integrated campaign based on growth target

  6. Optimizing campaign promotion engine to grow business line

  7. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  9. Collaborate closely with the GTM campaign, commercial, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of promotional strategies.

  10. Provide insights to enrich campaign execution and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

  11. Budget & Resource Management

  12. Manage the campaign budget to ensure cost-effective promotional strategies.

  13. Allocate resources effectively to maximize metrics on promotional campaigns.

  14. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  15. At least 2 years of experience in marketing or promotional roles with a proven track record of successful campaign management
  16. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  17. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  18. Proficiency in promotional engine tools and platforms
  19. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
