We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader to guide our housekeeping team and help maintain the high standards that make our resort feel like home.

You'll oversee a small but dynamic team (4–5 staff) responsible for 17 rooms — and growing. You'll make sure every room is spotless, organized, and guest-ready, while keeping communication smooth between your team and management.

This role is ideal for someone who's confident, organized, and proactive — someone who takes pride in perfection and enjoys leading by example.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team (4–5 people)


• Conduct daily room and area checks for quality and cleanliness


• Manage stock, ordering, and inventory counts for housekeeping supplies


• Report maintenance issues, broken items, or guest concerns promptly


• Hold weekly housekeeping meetings and communicate key updates


• Support scheduling, task lists, and performance follow-ups


• Maintain clear, positive communication with management and other departments


• Ensure high standards of presentation, efficiency, and teamwork

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or senior role


• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Confident, reliable, and energetic leadership style


• Experience with inventory control and ordering supplies
