1.    Plan, conduct, report and evaluate all activities related to Science Communication program and activities 
2.    Develop and implement integrated scientific research publication strategy approach within BINUS University
3.    Manage and implement distinct aspects of high impact publication 
4.    Develop scientific research publication capacity and competency for Faculty Member
5.    Manage with all head of academic departments to conduct all activities related to scientific research publication and academic / scientific seminars
6.    Manage scientific research publication production to ensure meeting the deadlines
7.    Ensure update record of all published articles in BINUS journal publishing
8.    Ensure update record of all published books in BINUS University Press 
9.    Manage and monitor contract agreement process and financial payment process related to science communication activities (i.e., authors, production vendors), BINUS journal publishing, dan BINUS University Press.
10.    Facilitate academic department for the operational process of science communication activities
11.    Ensure accurate substantive administrative reports, science communication data and other documents

Management Support Activities:
o    Provide Report to direct Supervisor. 
o    Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). 
o    Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o    Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
 

Education Requirement :

Minimum Master Degree (S2)

Work Experience :


•    Minimum 3 years working experience in Supervisory Level, or  

•    Minimum 7 years working experience 
 

Special Skill :


•    Knowledge and skill in research advancement/administration and delivery support services 

•    Knowledge of applicable regulations, standards and requirements associated with grant and contract research administration
