We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Accounting Administrator
to support our finance and accounting operations in a growing
P2P company
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires at least
2 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience
, preferably within fintech, P2P lending, or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry and record maintenance
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records for P2P transactions (investor funds, borrower repayments, fees, and commissions)
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and contracts
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with operations, compliance, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of working experience
    in accounting, finance administration, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Experience handling financial records in fintech, P2P, or financial services is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
