  • Menetapkan strategi maintenance, prefentive dan memastikan inventaris dan infrastruktur yang ada diperusahaan berjalan efektif dan efisien.
  • Menentukan strategi pengembangan softskill & teknikal skill untuk bawahannya
  • Menentukan strategi kerja pada department Engineering
