A leading multinational data center provider is seeking a 
Security Manager
 to join their team. This position offers a permanent role (with a 3-month probation) and reports directly to the client. The work arrangement is 
full WFO.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 24/7 physical security operations and support client security needs.
  • Develop and implement physical security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage security vendors, guard force staffing, and security-related budgets.
  • Supervise Access Control, CCTV, and security systems.
  • Respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global security standards.
  • Monitor emerging security threats and best practices to enhance security posture.
  • Lead and supervise investigations on security and safety incidents.
  • Conduct inspections on fire, life, health, safety, and security hazards.
  • Provide awareness training and risk assessments.
  • Review and audit security designs for new data center projects.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and document security conditions.
  • Promote a culture of safety, security, and compliance across operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    Higher Diploma in Security Management
    or
    Bachelor's Degree
    in related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years
    of relevant experience.
  • Strong operational management, leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in physical security or protective services at a managerial level preferred.
  • Background in Occupational Health & Safety is an advantage.
