We are seeking a highly motivated Barista to join our team.

Barista prepares and serves coffee, other beverages, and sometimes food items, while also focusing on customer service and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Core duties include taking orders, operating coffee equipment, handling transactions, and engaging with customers to provide a positive experience. Barista must also ensure cleanliness, manage inventory, and follow health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Making and serving various coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Customer Service: Greeting customers warmly, taking orders, handling payments, and providing menu suggestions.
  • Food Service: Helping to serve food.
  • Equipment Operation: Proficiently using coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other brewing equipment.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintaining clean and sanitized work areas, seating areas, and equipment, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Monitoring stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies, and replenishing them as needed.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Accurately processing cash and credit card transactions.
