  • Risk Awareness: Develop and implement risk awareness programs to strengthen risk culture across the organization through training, workshops, and internal communication.
  • Enterprise Risk Identification & Monitoring: Identify, assess, monitor, and control risks across all departments using risk management tools, risk registers, and enterprise risk management systems.
  • Business Continuity & Crisis Simulation: Conduct business continuity planning, disaster recovery simulations, and critical function testing to ensure operational resilience during emergency situations.
  • Policy, Procedure & Compliance Review: Review and update policies, procedures, and non-core business SOPs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, best practices, and internal controls.
  • Risk Reporting, Compliance & External Coordination: Prepare periodic risk and compliance reports, monitor covenant fulfillment, analyze macroeconomic impacts, and coordinate with internal management and external regulators.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuary, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services) is highly preferred.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks include risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring, and mitigation planning, risk registers, risk profiling tools, and risk management systems.
  • Knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), and crisis simulation exercises
  • Proactive, well-organized, and attention to detail, and strong sense of accountability
