Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking individual to support our digital marketing teams. This role plays a vital part in driving various projects toward success through effective coordination, content support, and management of online marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Support

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team and Brand Managers to plan and execute marketing projects.
  • Track the progress of team tasks and projects to ensure they are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate with team members and relevant departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Prepare project progress reports as assigned.

2. Content & Production Support

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop creative ideas for digital content (e.g., social media, website, and marketing campaigns).
  • Assist in coordinating and supporting content production (photography/video) both on-site and off-site as needed.
  • Source data, images, or other essential elements required for content creation.

3. Live Streaming Coordination

  • Manage and update Live Streaming schedules across the brand's digital channels.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties (hosts, KOLs, technical teams) to ensure readiness before going live.
  • Provide necessary support during Live Streaming sessions.

4. KOL & Influencer Coordination

  • Assist in searching for, gathering data on, and analyzing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or Influencers that align with the brand and specific campaigns.
  • Assist in initial contact and coordination with KOLs/Influencers as assigned.

5. General Marketing Support

  • Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to the marketing department.
  • Provide additional support for other tasks as assigned by the Digital Marketing and Brand Manager teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online business management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop) and understanding of their advertising tools and platforms like Website CMS, Email Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, enthusiastic about learning new things, and a positive team-player attitude.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
