JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitoring and controlling the cost between cost sheets and system.
  • Create and receive assembly Order based on Bill of Materials (BOM) in system
  • Controlling and maintain inventory on system, and make sure the accuracy of the stock
  • Create Finished Goods Receipt Reports for Accounting Team
  • Coordinate between production team through Production Order Recap for Production Process
  • Control the Goods in system and coordinate the stock with Warehouse team
  • Analyze product stock and product aging
  • Analyze cost of the product

REQUIREMENT :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • At least 1 years experience in Inventory Control
  • Thorough and proficient in fast counting
  • Management experience strongly preferred
  • Able to develop strong, cooperative relationship with department heads
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel
  • Have an experience in Microsoft Dynamix 365 Business Central will be an advantage
