We are working on a cutting-edge digital transformation initiative — to build a mobile Super App similar to JAKI (Jakarta Kini). This app will integrate multiple public services, smart city features, citizen reporting tools, and seamless digital transactions into a single mobile experience.

We're looking for Mobile App Developers who have experience in building large-scale, modular, and service-integrated apps — ideally, individuals who were involved in the JAKI app or similar projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain a modular super app architecture with microfrontend or microservice principles.
  • Integrate multiple APIs (government/public/private services) in a seamless mobile UX.
  • Ensure scalability and performance of multiple mini-apps or service modules inside the main super app container.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, and backend teams to ensure a fluid and intuitive user journey.
  • Implement secure user authentication, including SSO, multi-role login, and data privacy safeguards.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in mobile development (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or native stack).
  • Strong experience in building modular or micro-frontend mobile architecture.
  • Familiar with super app concepts — including container architecture, mini-app management, and service orchestration.
  • Proven experience in API integration, offline-first design, and complex state management.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based backend services (Firebase, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Experience working with or contributing to public sector projects (e.g., JAKI, Qlue, or Smart City platforms) is a huge advantage.

Bonus Points

  • Involvement in the development of JAKI or other smart city super apps.
  • Knowledge of government digital service standards (GDS) or smart city frameworks.
  • Contributions to open-source mobile libraries or civic-tech projects.
