Now, we're looking for motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Tele Qualifier Agents.


Position: Tele Qualifier Agent

Location: Preferably JABODETABEK (open to all regions across Indonesia)

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift, aligned with international time zones)

Salary Range: Rp 7,000,000 – Rp 10,000,000/month (base salary + allowances)

Additional Income: Attractive commissions and performance bonuses


Your Role

As a Tele Qualifier Agent, you will be the voice of our company — reaching out to potential leads, identifying their needs, and qualifying them for our products and services.

Your excellent communication skills and English proficiency will help build trust with international clients and support the success of our marketing campaigns.


Responsibilities
  • Contact potential leads via phone to identify their needs and interests.
  • Conduct qualification assessments based on target criteria.
  • Explain our products and services clearly and persuasively.
  • Build rapport and trust with high-value clients through assertive, professional communication.
  • Update and manage lead information accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments with qualified leads.
  • Maintain professionalism, persistence, and positivity in every call.

Requirements
  • Preferably based in JABODETABEK (open to all Indonesia).
  • Fluent in English (TOEFL ≥ 590 or IELTS ≥ 6.0).

    A TOEFL test will be conducted before the interview at our office.
  • Willing to work night shifts aligned with international markets.
  • Previous Telemarketing or Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Mentally resilient and able to handle pressure with confidence.
  • Computer-literate and familiar with CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, independent, and a great team player.
