Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and SOP.
  • Operate coffee machines (espresso machine, grinder) properly and safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
  • Deliver friendly, fast, and professional service to customers.
  • Monitor stock of beverage ingredients and perform daily checks.
  • Support the team to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (experience in a plant-based café or F&B is a plus).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to learn.
  • Basic knowledge or interest to coffee and pastry
  • Friendly, communicative, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to speak English
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically healthy and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to work in Ubud
  • Join immediately
