Role Introduction
The HRGA Virtual Assistant will support daily administrative and general HR-related activities. This role focuses on handling routine operational tasks to ensure smooth internal coordination and documentation. The position is part-time, with a workload of 20 hours per week.
Job Desk
- Handle daily email correspondence and basic internal communications
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Prepare and update simple reports, trackers, and documentation
- Support general HR and GA administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and basic data management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic administrative or virtual assistant experience is preferred
- Comfortable using common online tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation tools)
- Well-organized, responsive, and able to work independently
- Available to work part-time (20 hours per week)
