Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in Bali, Indonesia. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. Additionally, the Customer Service Officer may assist with administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, Ms. Excel and Word, and databases
  • Experience in managing phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Prior experience in the customer service field is a plus
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
