Responsibilities

  1. Produce high-quality 3D animation renderings, compositing, and video editing for product promotions across multiple digital platforms
  2. Study market trends, analyze top-performing ad styles, collaborate with performance marketers, and independently bring creative concepts to life
  3. Monitor ad performance, interpret user behavior and psychology, and continuously optimize creative output for better results
  4. Understand channel-specific audience differences, identify creative style advantages, and apply those insights to create impactful visual content

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of experience in 3D animation or video production; diploma or higher in animation, visual arts, advertising design, post-production, or related fields. A strong 3D portfolio is a big plus
  2. Skilled in multiple rendering techniques, with the ability to choose and adapt workflows based on project requirements
  3. Proficient in key tools: Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and 3D software such as Cinema4D, Blender, or others
  4. Strong eye for composition, color, and camera movement, with an analytical mindset and a habit of researching industry-leading creative materials
  5. Chinese language ability (listening, speaking, reading) is preferred
