We are seeking for a Coworking Host who can deliver exceptional guest experience at BWork Bali by handling operations, events, reporting, and member relations in a dynamic coworking space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sign up, give tours and manage customer and members satisfactions
  • Handling members' needs, problems, complaints and building relationship
  • Auditing settlements of the co-working space
  • Facilities checking during the shift
  • Communicate and engage with all members
  • Ensure consistency in image & tone of voice of BWork (internal & extenal)
  • Coworking daily reporting (members' audit in nexudus, etc.)
  • Communicate to other departments regarding remaining problems need to be solve on follow ups

Other Task:

  • Event planning and operations
  • Financial, and daily members reporting
  • Assist in Event Execution and Participate in Events
Requirements:
  1. A diploma's or high school degree in hospitality management, business or a related field.
  2. Coworking or related field experiences.
  3. Experience working in a multinational company.
  4. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  6. Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.

  7. Bali Based.

  8. Able to communicate in English.
