Job Description

  • Conduct microbiological analysis on raw materials, packaging, finished goods, raw water, machine swabs, and personnel swabs.
  • Perform routine microbiological tests including TPC, Coliform, Yeast & Mold (Y/M), and E. coli.
  • Operate laboratory equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, drying ovens, LAF (Laminar Air Flow), and other laboratory instruments.
  • Ensure all production processes meet hygiene standards to prevent microbial contamination.
  • Perform periodic internal calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Conduct physicochemical testing on finished goods.

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Microbiology, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QC Microbiology, preferably in the food & beverage industry; experienced fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possess training certificates in GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, or ISO 17025 is an advantage.
  • Able to operate laboratory equipment such as autoclaves, incubators, drying ovens, and LAF.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for QC data reporting.
  • Experienced in conducting TPC, Y/M, Coliform, E. coli testing, and swab tests.
  • Communicative and proactive in addressing product non-conformities.
  • Mandatory:
    Proficient in Mandarin, English is a Plus
