Position:
Software Engineer & Support

What Will You Do:

  • Develop and maintain the company's internal applications;
  • Perform debugging, testing, and implement new features based on user requirements;
  • Conduct system integrations (API, databases, and third-party tools);
  • Write technical documentation and ensure code quality and security;
  • Handle daily technical requests from users (hardware, software, network, and printers);
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment;
  • Maintain the IT asset inventory and ensure systems operate properly;
  • Perform regular backups and maintenance to prevent downtime;
  • Support office operations including facility management, company vehicles, and logistics;
  • Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and general procurement;
  • Assist in internal company events, office relocations, and workspace setup;
  • Conduct stock-taking and regularly update GA reports.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Software Development, IT Support, or General Affairs.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as PHP or JavaScript.
  • Experience with frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, or React is an plus.
  • Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API integration.
  • Able to perform troubleshooting for network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and office equipment.
  • Possesses good communication skills, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work collaboratively and flexibly across different locations (office, warehouse, or site).
