Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist, located in Yogyakarta. Responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing strategies, managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Tiktok, Shopee, Meta, Google), analyzing campaign performance data to maximize ROI, performing A/B testing for creative and ad copy, and collaborating with other teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Performance Marketing, Paid Advertising Campaigns, and Digital Marketing Strategies
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Campaign Optimization, and Maximizing ROI
  • Knowledge of A/B Testing, Ad Copywriting, and Creative Campaign Development
  • Experience with SEO/SEM and familiarity with major ad platforms
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in performance marketing or a digital marketing role
