Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Financial Advisor based in Pekanbaru. The Insurance Financial Advisor will provide tailored financial planning and retirement planning advice to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients' financial needs, developing insurance and investment strategies, recommending suitable products, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves educating clients about financial goals and strategies to protect and grow their wealth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Insurance and Investments
  • Basic to advanced understanding of Finance concepts and principles
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and client-focused approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is an advantage
  • Capability to work independently and make informed decisions
