Job Description :
- Lead regional Modern Trade (MT) sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, including setting targets for key accounts and distributors.
- Manage key account relationships, promotion schedules, product listing, assortment, availability, and planogram execution.
- Develop and implement regional MT sales strategies while optimizing promotional fund usage and ensuring effective program execution.
- Conduct business reviews, analyze competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth and improve account performance.
- Lead the MT sales team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment and execution.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Sales Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade Sales, or B2B Sales handling major clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven capability in managing key customer relationships and contract discussions.
- Solid analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams.
