Job Responsibilities:
- Liase with our corporate/group tour customers to ensure a smooth execution of their tour in Batam/Bintan
- Assist customer with any queries and answers pre departure to Batam/Bintan. Make all necessary bookings and arrangements for the group.
- Meet up with the group during their trip to Batam/Bintan. Assist with an on ground operational issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team and various stakeholders to drive marketing efforts to increase demand for Batam/Bintan group tours.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism and hospitality management related studies preferred. Other majors are welcome as well.
- Preferably at least 2-3 years of working experience in travel industry or any other business/marketing field.
- Fluent English and Bahasa preferred.
- Ability to work remote with responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to come to singapore for meetings every month for a day trip.
